From Lagos, Nigeria to Seattle, my career has taken some interesting turns.
Design led me to real estate. Real estate led me to entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship led me to coaching. Along the way, I became a licensed real estate broker, Senior Agent at Redfin, Real Estate Instructor, entrepreneur, educator, speaker, and author.
I’m a creative thinker, and lifelong learner who has spent more than 20 years navigating the world of entrepreneurship. And I’ve always been fascinated by one question:
How can we make things work better?
That question has shaped the way I build, lead, teach, and coach.
I don't believe there is one right way to build a business.
Your business should reflect your strengths, your ambitions, your priorities, and the life you want to live. That means questioning the rules you've inherited. Rethinking what isn't working.
And being willing to design something that makes sense for you.
I founded Genesis Home Staging in 2018 and eventually built it into a business that now operates without my daily involvement. Each chapter gave me another perspective on what it takes to build something, lead something, and create a life around it.
